As of today, there is about 75 million in cap space for the 2020 season. This is without Dak, Amari, and Byron Jones under contract.
Dak and Amari are more than likely to get extensions soon and based on what I've been hearing Jones will most likely be headed to free agency.
New contracts will also affect Dak's and Cooper's cap hit ls for this year. Dak's will rise to about 9 (+7million) million and Cooper's will drop to about 8 million (-5million). They basically offset each other.
Leaving 35 million in cap space and that is not adding in a rise in the cap (which will be about 8-10 million).
That means we will have about 45 million in cap space available for 2020 with all of our key players locked down.
There is also the possibility of releasing players like Hurns this year, which will free up almost 5 million in cap space or Crawford after this season to clear 8 million in cap space.
Look for us to have about 50 million in cap space for 2020 with Zeke, Dak, Cooper, and Lawrence, our entire oline under contract.
We will have plenty of space to extend Zeke next off season if the front office has him in their long term plans.
There will also be space to extend Jaylon Smith in 2020.

- With an extension Dak's cap hit will be at 18-24 million in 2020.
- Amari 18-20 million cap hit in 2020.
