Cowboys seem to be putting in more effort for Asst coaches than our head coach?

The many names/interviews we've conducted for position coaches seems to be extensive and with a lot of due diligence in mind. On the other hand, our head coaching job, only consisted of us looking down the hall, and having Jerry Jr. cosign. I like the process of us looking far and wide as these coaches are the ones that have the actual intimate time spent with these players. Let's go cowboys, please give your thoughts!

The head coach has a lot to do with the new coaching hires and it appears that the head coach is off to a good start with his selections.

The Cowboys seem to want the head coach to be successful. So they are trying to bring in quality assistants. Plus with the contract savings they made by hiring Schotty they should be able to pay for better coaches.
