I think Jerry needs to really try and sign Maclin. He's turning 27 soon, and is in his prime. Plus, he was a deadly punt returner in college.

Steal from the enemy is my motto.

Just listen before you scream:

Signing Maclin will put a dagger in the plans of the Iggles. They have Matthews and Riley Cooper. Then nothing else, That will force them to use an early draft pick on another receiver, instead of CB or FS.

Signing Maclin will open things up for Dez beyond belief. TWill can be our #3, and that is scary good.

Plus, having a core of WR's like that will allow this team to get by with an average RB, i.e., Randle and Dunbar. Think about it, teams will be focusing on the pass because they have to.

Defense should be addressed in the draft.

I don't think Maclin will break the bank, and he proved last year that his knee issues are behind him.

Except Maclin is a #1 and will want to be paid like a #1. I also think he has a disdain for the cowboys.

I believe Maclin outproduced Dez this season on receptions and yardage(though by no means is he actually better). He'll want his money.

the problem is Eagles have more cap room that Dallas so I can't envision scenario of Dallas out-muscling them for Maclin.

Watch Snyder/Skins go after him if they have the opportunity. The thought of two former Eagle WR's is right up their alley. He would bring back some of the threat lost by Moss

And no major injuries.... (knock on wood).

As others have said, DEF should be main focus on additions as well as re-signing Dez.

ok, this is not fantasy football. then what do you do with Beasly? how many WRs do we need? running the ball worked and seattle is showing the same. why spend on another WR? when the money should be spent on defense. defense wins championships. not another WR

IMO, no resources should be spent on the skilled positions on offense unless its quarterback. Last thing we need is a receiver. Especially for a team that wants to be 60 to 40 run to pass.
