I dont think he will turn any heads. But the type of defense line Marinelli runs he doesnt need to. Because he along with everybody else will be rotated

No need to cut him. Fine him every day he misses. First game of season, if still a no show, designate him as Reserve/ Did Not Report. Recoup his salary to the cap on a weekly basis. End of season, file a grivence to recapture his bonus for year. 2015 - wash, rinse, repeat.
