Look until i see them perform in a cowboys uniform i wont say too much negative. The last 2 guys we got from that league wre home runs so from a talent aquisition standpoint weve done well picking the UFL players

Exactly, I can't help but have an open mind with these UFL guys. To me, they are more exciting than your avg established vet. At least with these guys we don't typically know their ceiling.

And I get that, but there are the strays that don't seem to realize. At least some seem bothered that it wasn't a bigger name, as if it were intended to be a significant signing and/or say Jerry should have signed this guy or that, or focused on this position or that.

Here we go with the annual lack of understanding among fans about there being a 90 man training camp roster that every team fills out and that every player signed is not, and cannot be a true candidate to make a notable impact, and that in fact a number of them aren't going to be realistic candidates to make the final roster at all.

Thanks for explaining that to me, I for one, had no idea that teams sign extra players for TC.

Only the top 53 contracts count toward the cap. Thes signing does not affect that. Unless they fall into that top 53, which is very doubtful.
