Of course injury could always derail him yet again, but I think he's ahead at this point.

Seems like it from all I've read. Of course, Ealy doesn't seem to be drawing any praise, so he's more like last year's FA signings at the moment.

I can understand the churning at the bottom of the TE roster, but signing a another DE is curious.. makes me wonder if they are about to move Ealy to DT. I wouldn’t hate the idea.

They are getting rid of the 2 inside guys and are going to line up out wide with 2 on each end. The linebackers will cover the middle.
