I truly believe that Jerry is the single biggest deterrent to success in the cowboy organization and I loved jimmy with the U and with the cowboys but if that Hershel Walker trade don’t happen neither do the 3 SB’s
It’s funny people keep bringing up Miami as some kind of proof that he wasn’t the absolute most vital part of those championship teams. It’s a clown show here after 30 years! Plus the dumbazz owner of the dolphins forced him to keep Marino when he could’ve gotten a return. The end result was that such a ridiculous and sentimental decision will get you nowhere. Can’t hire a coach to rebuild your team and then hang onto the past in the process.

I think fans are gonna be shocked at what Osa and Gholston get. I don’t think other teams are gonna see them as jags like our fans do
I'm saying Osa and Gholston are a step above JAGs, they're at the level you want most of your starters to be,,, they're quality players but not cap busters. If you're doing your cap right you're keeping these kinds of guys.
I think we have to keep one of them. Both might get costly. Osa is gonna get much more money than fans think. If you look at his win rate, not just stats he’s a really solid player. One issue we’ve had all year is them playing too many snaps. We had ganes early Golston played 90% and you can’t do that at DT. We also need to draft a DT at some point.
