Yes! Been saying that for the past 2 years. Drafting a guy with 0.5 sacks in 3 years in college, no matter how good of a run stuffer he is (which to this point he's not demonstrated) isn't the way to go.

I’m convinced that the FO sometimes is like “pick a guy within this price range” and they skip the evaluation part. It just falls under “we got a DT”

We dont have an existing evaluation.

So no worries. We did not skip anything on purpose.

We follow the plan.

Yep. Fowler had very little impact. He made a few flash plays here and there but not consistent and when playoff time comes. He got ran over like all the rest

Exactly. There is no logic in the philosophy of the FO or rationale behind their vision for roster construction.

Literally the opposite to teams like Baltimore, Pittsburgh, and Philly. Beyond frustrating.

Clear weaknesses go unaddressed, and they add a few spare, junk parts to the roster with their limited resources as opposed to adding 1-2 actual difference makers.

Don’t worry though. They will over-hype the draft class as the “answer” and then count on injured guys like Diggs and Overshown to return to form.

It's so clear that even a blind man could see that the Jones' have no clue.
Until we get some legit Front office people in here, we are doomed.
