This is a pretty corner friendly defense. Marinelli probably likes the guys tape and thinks he would be a good fit in our scheme.

Sometimes it's all about scheme fit.

I am interested in the guarantees and structure in the contract before I call it a big deal. I am hoping there is minimal damage if we cut him after one year if he doesn't work out.
