should've signed Davis, Showers will prove tonight he isn't a NFL worthy QB. as for Johnson he is a one game rental.

No reason to think Davis will not be a FA after this weekend. Dallas is having an MRI done on Romo Saturday, I would think depending on the results of this MRI will determine what Dallas will do with Romo. At that point if Dallas needs to bring in a backup the current crop of QB's who have been waiting on someone to pick them up they should still be there and other QB are likely to be released after this final cut down this Saturday.
