It works perfectly if you understand what’s happening teams struggle to find starters that’s why they trade during the season and steal people off practice squads from other teams. It’s just football like you said, but you can’t foresee the injuries.

Enough so the NFL should look at contracts and start getitng ready to pay their second strings more, because there are going to be a lot of injuries. I would always have the back ups to my best players training harder because they will see the field.

And 60 million dollar qbs will be on the bench as well.
