Maybe I live in a different universe, but if I want a job done best, I'm generally going to be more enthusiastic for the experienced. This isn't like buying a car, where new actually makes it more attractive.

I think they need a new voice in their ear and adding some fiery college coaches can maybe add a needed spark

I'm accepting the assumption until proven incorrect...

1. The ex-officio O-line coach is Klayton Adams, who will be assisted by Conor Riley
2. The ex-officio QB and WR coach is Ken Dorsey, who will be assisted by Steve Shimko and Junior Adams respectively, with Tiquan Underwood treated more like a co-Asst WR coach than a subordinate
3. Foster will be a full-fledged RB coach; and Wells will be a full-fledged TE coach. Both will take direction from both KAdams and Dorsey.
