In other words, you're not real keen on experienced.... how does that play out in real life, tho? Maybe I live in a different universe, but if I want a job done best, I'm generally going to be more enthusiastic for the experienced. This isn't like buying a car, where new actually makes it more attractive.

Me, I think people just like the idea of hiring guys who have no previous negative experience... so the absence of negative experience is automatically translated as "good."

Nonsense.

Let the Carolinas and the Jacksonvilles of the NFL give guys experience.

As much as possible, I only want guys who bring experience to the job.

"Retreads" > "Neophytes"
...every day and twice on Sunday

Good. Our WRs have been running sloppy routes and their timing has been off and they haven’t been sharp and on their spot consistently

I think they need a new voice in their ear and adding some fiery college coaches can maybe add a needed spark

Quite a few college coaches being added, for first time NFL experience.
Jerry trying to recreate the Jimmy experience.
Jerry is 80 and hired the coach he was comfortable with like he always has. Why when things are operating differently would you think it Jerry?

Amazing how #4 always gets a pass...when it's him with the lazy slow foot work......not knowing where to go with the football.

I'm accepting the assumption until proven incorrect...

1. The ex-officio O-line coach is Klayton Adams, who will be assisted by Conor Riley
2. The ex-officio QB and WR coach is Ken Dorsey, who will be assisted by Steve Shimko and Junior Adams respectively, with Tiquan Underwood treated more like a co-Asst WR coach than a subordinate
3. Foster will be a full-fledged RB coach; and Wells will be a full-fledged TE coach. Both will take direction from both KAdams and Dorsey.
