Haters will agree with anything. Even that dribble. If you don't understand it then that just reinforces your cluelessness on the topic. Everyone else sure understood it loud and clear...
they've been successful with some of these players I'm not saying this guy will be but he could be the next Fowler,Told you they like former 1st rounders
University of Houston. He was a high ceiling raw prospect in the draft. Teams loved him. Was good in college. No off field baggage, good kid. Now he just needs reps, stay healthy. He did play 16 games last season. This could be a sneaky good move for us.love his size but i don't remember him from that draft.
only 4yrs in the league so its worth the shot.
as long as they still address the de spot in the draft...im ok with it.
from this gm....expected.
Assuming Sam Williams is healthy, they should have a decent rotation with him, Micah, Kneeland, and Turner. Still would like another option but this is a start. The way I look at it, they are trying to keep the rotation fresh. That's what they did when we had Armstrong, Fowler, whom I think we're sorely missed this year.
I agree. The stats don't pop off the page but he was only a rotational guy if I am not mistaken. He could be a younger, higher upside version of what Carl Lawson did for Dallas last season.University of Houston. He was a high ceiling raw prospect in the draft. Teams loved him. He's 26. YoungI agree. The stats don't pop off the page but he was only a rotational guy if I am not mistaken. He could be a younger, higher upside version of what Carl Lawson did for Dallas last season.
He ain't tank6’6 270 defensive end. Means Tank goes bye bye and Turner is cheap
I'm hoping Gilmore might come back. We lost our nickel and one of our starters is likely to miss some time. I figure at his age, Gilmore won't be expensive. Probably too rich for our blood, but not expensive. My favorite free agent signings have been 1) Jason Peters 2) Stephon Gilmore.
I think he's kind of the anti-Lawson, a strong run defender but not much of a pass rusher. More likely to be a version of Golston.I agree. The stats don't pop off the page but he was only a rotational guy if I am not mistaken. He could be a younger, higher upside version of what Carl Lawson did for Dallas last season.
his combine numbers were freakish for a dude his size.University of Houston. He was a high ceiling raw prospect in the draft. Teams loved him. Was good in college. No off field baggage, good kid. Now he just needs reps, stay healthy. He did play 16 games last season. This could be a sneaky good move for us.

Totally agree and every NFL Analyst do the same every move we make is bad ! Thats cowboy hate there !they've been successful with some of these players I'm not saying this guy will be but he could be the next Fowler,
people criticize every single move but you do realize they also brought in players that don't seem to be fit that mold of actual free agent from the NFL but you do realize Aubrey, Turpin, and Butler, were free agents because they were added to this team same thing with undrafted free agents you have to look at the big picture and you can't judge over a three day span. And judge everything before September, so many moves ahead you know like surprises in 5th round trades for gilmore and Cooks..
but this guy could end up reviving his career here, I know Robert Quinn and Fowler both did, and last year Kendricks was way better than expected. I hope he comes back this guy sneaky quietly had like a great stat line, played middle linebacker better than anyone we've had here since Sean Lee in my opinion, the green dot guy the leader on the team, he was there for most games had our defensive lined up very well.
You guys can complain all you want about these moves being bargain basement, but some of them actually work out.... This is how I look at it Turner, he reminds me of Fowler, former first rounder with a lot of potential but seemed like a bargain basement guy and turned out to be really good...
6’6 270 defensive end. Means Tank goes bye bye and Turner is cheap
Even in hindsight? how about Brandon Aubrey, Turpin, and Butler.. I know they were brought over from another league but technically they were basically undrafted free agents..My favorite free agent signings have been 1) Jason Peters 2) Stephon Gilmore.
