It might be because the Cowboys are playing him at the wrong O-Tackle position. Move him over to the Right Tackle position and see how he does over there. Only one way to find out.

In college, Guyton played RT with a left-handed QB. That means his ‘natural college position’ was blindside tackle. His position in Dallas is blindside tackle.

RT at Dallas is a totally different position, with different protections, etc - because it’s frontside, which he has literally never played before in his career.
