That actually took place during George Strait's Farewell Tour and Peterson called him and he bragged about it to the people in the suite and was really hammered but never said he would see if he could sign him.

Booger knows the rules and is not involved in this "let's get the Diggs boys back together".

Diggs needs to keep his mouth shut about his brother because his brother pretty much stepped in it in that playoff game and showed his displeasure in the game and in the locker room. Some of his teammates might think he's making the "Tad Move" and using his brother to voice his frustration.

The funny part of this is Diggs got pissed at Allen because he was throwing inaccurate passes his way and he's going to be happier in Dallas?

For it to be considered actual tampering the team itself has to be in on the recruiting.

What is the difference? If the Cowboys official Twitter account sent out a pick of Stefon wearing a Cowboys uniform, then yes, that would be considered tampering.

I believe there is a clause that allows brothers to do this.
Its called the mommas Boys rule.
Only the mother can file a tampering charge in this situation.
Father's are excluded in all of this.
