I am mostly concerned with all the dropped balls as they have nothing to do with time. To me there is no excuse for a WR to drop a pass, ever. If you get your hands on it then you should catch it. If they run their routes correctly then they should be in position to make the catch and then it is up to the QB to make sure the ball is where it is supposed to be. When receivers don't run the route correctly, the QBs will try to make adjustments to them and you see a lot of wild passes.
It takes time for a QB to get used to how a receiver will run a route and what decisions he will make in that route so I can understand some of the overthrown balls to a degree but it still concerns me as it says that the QBs and receivers aren't on the same page yet.
The O-Line is being jumbled every day so there is no way they can be a cohesive unit yet. Blocking is much more difficult than most people realize, it is not as simple as lining up and stopping the guy across from you. Reading the defense and picking up the blitz are very difficult and costly if you do it wrong.
It is always much easier for the defense to shine early than the offense so don't read too much into the imbalance just yet.
