Based off being here before I assume this familiarity could be the lynchpin to him being hired.

Would fit the need as a bridge/gap one year hire if McCarthy fails.

I wouldn't mind Zimmer. I think he would bring back discipline and accountability. Two things that haven't been seen since Jimmy left.
