I agree 100 percent , your not going to get the best coach .Simply because they don't believe they can be successful with current GM. Ol Jerry is his own worst enemy , Dallas is handicapped because of this.Ol Jerry is just smarter than everybody else.

Unfortunately it's about 30 years late and we don't have Christian Okoye.
