If you are interviewing the offensive coordinator who didn't call plays then, why fire McCarthy in the first place .There will be zero change in offensive scheme ,this team needs a disciplinarian and a new offensive line coach, and some new ideas.
new GM full stop..this team needs a new GM anything else will just bring more of the same....

If it is Moore, then neither party would speak to an agreement until the Eagles were eliminated.

It would be very Jerry Jones to have the deal and play the mummer's game.

What would make me sick is if Moore comes in and keeps Schotty and Solari. That is the one scenario I just cannot get out of my head.

They should interview Solari for the position next.

I'm going to be a little contrarian here and say I'm not sure Schotty would be the worst pick. He does have a little personality and leader-of-men to him. Might even be a better HC than Xs and Os coordinator.

Don't get me wrong, the pool of coaches we're looking at is terrible. I would actually be excited about a Vrabel, but of course Jerry didn't even make an attempt there. Just saying I actually think BS could be better than Kellen or some of these other names.
I think it depends on the coordinators. I don't think Schottenheimer as an OC and playcaller inspires any confidence

This is like! Moore, don’t know. I think the guy has a good football mind but he just reminds me of a kid. He’s not very alpha. And I just don’t think the players are going to play all out for someone like him. Deion, he’d have the players playing above their natural ability and very inspiring, but he’s just not a very good at X’s and O’s yet. He needs more time.

This guy has a bit of everything. And I think it would be a good choice at this point for the Cowboys. I could get behind this.

What has he done in the league that impressed you or makes him deserving?

Not trashing your take, genuine question.

That’s what they will do. They are waiting for Philly to be done. Just like Chicago was with Johnson. If Wash beats them Sunday expect an announcement by Monday or Tuesday. If they wait until after the SB for him scraps all around for the coaching staff….

Front office deserves the benefit of the doubt. The last 30 years prove it

Singletary, Shawnte

You'll get Stephen Jones when Jerry kicks the bucket and like it....
With Stephen you get Charlotte and Jr. Both are not as prominent because they are working parallel to the sport in their executive roles, but they likely make the club more money at the end of the day. Who knows what Jerry will have cooked up to direct his estate when he does pay the final toll.

That at least is interesting and has potential for change as opposed to Jerry's whim all the time no matter what.

very true with Jerry gone who knows how the sibs will work together, Stephen may not just get his way.
