ROLANDO MCCLAINLB, UNSIGNED FREE AGENT

Cowboys released LB Rolando McClain.
The NFL conditionally reinstated McClain last Friday, but his time in Dallas has come to an end. The former All-American Alabama linebacker has battled off-field issues for the majority of his professional career and isn't expected to garner much interest as an unrestricted free agent. McClain turned 30 last month.

I could be wrong but I think they would have been on the hook for his entire salary if he was on the roster game one. So if he doesn't find a team and we lose a starter, I can see them bringing him back during the season.

I'd be surprised if anyone shows interest. He wasted away the prime years of his career and I don't see how a team could trust him at this point.
