You are probably right it probably is Jason's call (I doubt it), but it would be really dumb to blow your draft on one player. Like I said anything more than an extra third would be just as bad as the Galloway and Roy Williams trades.

I never said it would have to be his call. They could both agree on the pick.

I will also say that I doubt they trade anything higher than a third. I don't see them trading away a second round pick this year to move up.

People need to put down the monster energy drinks and quit wigging out before anything even happens.

I think in the past with Wade, Gailey, and Campo your right. But with Jimmy and Bill thay both had the power on draft day. Jerry is in the mode again so thats why I think Garrett has control and power. Jerry has the last word but I think he will listen very closely to Garrett.

I think Garrett's strings are shorter. He probably allows Garrett to run the team as far as X's and O's and strategy, but as far a personnel Jerry's not giving that up. His head is too big.

I think they will trade up if the conditions are right. No one can say for certain what Jerry thinks is too much. Personally I would not give more than a third to trade up. Prince and Dowling will be successful enough in the secondary although I suspect either Newman or PP at FS will be terrific esp PP.

I suspect Jerry will give Red's thoughts a lot of consideration. And I think Jerry has always listened to his advisors. He just doesn't always select his advisors wisely.
