Yes there is a big difference between a good 1st round player, and one that was a total bust.
The guys that bust should never have been taken above round 4.

He's just too stupid to effectively play cornerback. He's big, fast and has the physical gifts necessary but he lacks awareness at every key moment and constantly commits the stupidest penalties. I don't know what to say about Elam when other cornerbacks who had a way lower draft-prospect and have less athletic abilities play better than him.
