TRADED Cowboys trade for Joe Milton

Thing is, Ewers is a baller. Some of you just can't see it because of Manning.
You say naysayers can’t see it because of Manning, but homers can’t see it because of how loaded Texas was. Sometimes when everyone in the world says that water is wet, maybe water really is wet. It’s not because of Manning; even in his draft evaluation the major sticking point is how bad he’s seeing ghosts out there. If I have to watch Quinn Ewers abandon another clean pocket because he was scared of a rusher who wasn’t even there, I’m gonna pull my hair out. And the worst part is when he starts seeing ghosts, his mechanics vanish. Like he forgets to set his feet, he doesn’t fully wind up his throwing motion like he usually does, he buckles; he “forgets”.

Maybe he becomes a decent professional one day, but he’s gonna need a lot of work. Poise at the QB position is a huge thing for me. And if you don’t have it against boys, it’s really hard to gain it going against men.

Strong arm. Looks like the ball comes out of his hand quickly. Has good mobility to elude the rush in the pocket but I don't know if he's a true scrambler. It looked like the Patriots gave him some easy reads in this game and we have to remember the Bills were playing backups.

Still, this video shows a ton of upside. Can't wait to see what he can do here.

I cannot control how you take things ....... Dak usually plays well in the regular season ....... his problem is the playoffs.

But his leg has deteriorated and he will not last much longer ....... I predict he will retire in 2027 or 2028.
There’s so much Dak hate it’s hard to take it any other way. A lot of fans want any QB but him leading the team. Some will see the trade as an opportunity to move on from Dak. You have no idea about his leg.

Good trade. He is a lottery ticket. Nothing more nothing less. The problem is he will probably be a hit or total miss. We have him for 3 years hopefully they can develop him.

First QB I’ve seen perform a backflip.

It was mostly against Buffalo's backups. They were resting their starters as it was the last game of the season and they already had the division locked up. Milton likely won't be anything more than a serviceable backup QB, but that's okay. We need that, especially given Dak's injury history.
Accuracy is accuracy. Throwing to a target doesn't change by opponent. The duress of a better pass rush might change your decision making but accuracy is the same. Either your 22 of 28 or you're not.

good video. I don't really want my QB doing back flips, but I realize I am old and times have changed. But still, not what I want to see.

The draft show is saying the Patriots had a better offer on the table but he wanted to be a Cowboy and live in Texas.

What are you asking? You answered your own question. Their value is why they’re different. Their value is based on their different situations
I’m asking you…..you said no one offered anything for him…I’m asking you why would they? What changed from last year when no one wanted to draft him and now?
