TRADED Cowboys trade OL Nate Thomas to Houston Texans

I've said this for years.

AT WHAT POINT ARE THE DALLAS COWBOYS OL AND ASST COACHES HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE LACK OF DEVELOPMENT OF LATER ROUND TALENT.

3 first rounders
1 3rd rounder.

On the starting OL
This is a fair point. The scouts should come under fire too. Team doesn't appear to know OL well at all.

Nate Thomas didn't rise to the opportunity and is no longer our concern.

Nate's best fit is probably inside at guard instead of at tackle.

So Nate Thomas a 7th rounder hung around a couple of seasons now you get back a 7th rounder not likely to help in 27 although it’s better then nothing

Well nice to know we got an abundance of OT's
Yeah but if they're not good enough the whole We like our guys thing we've been tired of it for a while they're moving people off this roster I mean a lot it's like somebody already says like a bloodbath so sorry dude wasn't good enough but they got a 7th for him so it's better than cutting him and getting nothing..

I believe they're gonna do this they're gonna make all their cuts they're gonna watch everybody else's cuts they're gonna go to their list and they're gonna bring another tackle in just like they did the other night but they're gonna get some for depth I don't think they like any of these guys except for the rookie and Shelton will get a chance But other than that there's no depth at tackle we've been talking about it for months..

You do know the odds for a 3rd round to make it around 20% a 4th rounder is like 10% you're telling the Cowboys they should be better than the rest of the league average it is what it is you hope to get lucky like Tom Brady Brock Purdy that was luck getting romo undrafted look miles austin luck you just have to look into these guys. Romo undrafted look Miles Austin luck you just have to look into these guys
it's I don't think it's something you can put at the feet of the coaches are you telling me literally a whole new offensive coaching staff last year a whole new defensive coaching staff this year and you're laying that at their feet?

Let me draw some knowledge on you The New England Patriots 2024 draft they're all gone except for Drake May huh damn bad coaching I guess we just get rid of all those coaches even though oh wait a minute they ended up in the Super Bowl last year runner up still better than not..

So now we have picks in rounds 1,2,4,6, and 7 next year.
I'm gonna remind folks I already did this I need to check my responses from this morning I haven't heard from the replies george Pickens is most likely gone and we will get a lot of draft picks for him it won't just be 1 first either be 2 first or first a second a third and a 4th literally we seen it with Khalil Mack and Parsons and like I can name about 20 trades for guys on his level that we will get multiple draft picks and all of a sudden everybody's all worried and they're concerned and the Cowboys will have a bounty of draft picks..

You just assume that GP has a Pro Bowl caliber season again and stays healthy all year.

Nate Thomas was a seventh round pick. Missing on him is not exactly an indication they don't know OL. The fact Thomas even made the team for a couple years and yielded a pick back in a trade is good for the 233rd overall selection.
