TRADED Cowboys trading for Titans LB Kenneth Murray Jr.

he’s not nearly as bad as some people are saying. People read some BS reports from Twitter and run with it. 95% have not seen him play. Athletic as hell and young, think he can become a good player with Eberflus

Based on what you guys know of the Cowboys spending habits this time of year, this was is a good acquisition.

The guy is not washed and plays a position of need. Right now if the Cowboys can bring in players that keep ownership from chasing a position of need at draft time, it’s a win.

With all the crying that's been going on over the last few days I wonder if the selves at Walmart are all wiped out of Kleenex? God forbid if your kid spells his milk.

Yep, but at least there appears to BE a plan.

It’s obvious what it is, and it may or may not work, but at least they appear to have some semblance of a direction.
Right. I’m just happy there is a plan. That’s kind of a relief. In the past couple years, especially last year, it didn’t appear like they had a clear plan. Whether it works or not is up in the air but having a direction is nice.

Jerry and Stephen are just trying to wow the simpletons in the fanbase by acquiring all of these former first rounders. Like, dont look at their production look at their draft status.
Exactly- Philly you have first rounders at Wr 1 WR 2 RB - LT and your whole Dline but look at the Dallas gunnin for you 3 former 1st rounders that are hopeful gaping hole patches

Nothing to really complain about here it. It’s a nothing investment for a guy with raw talent.

The underlying issue is that all of these offseason moves are for fairly risky players with low floors. If we had an already set roster and these were depth guys with upside I’d actually be happy with the signings. But when there’s very little currently on the roster for the likes of Murray/Turner/Elam/Williams to compete with it gets scary. And as we’ve learned over and over again, you can only fill so many holes with the draft

Folks are just jaded.

The Cowboys were very high on Murray when he was coming out.

Murray is a good solid LB. You traded him for what, a 6th round pick.?

If you took a LB in the 6th you would be jumping head over heels if he played as well as Murray does.

That’s really how folks need to look at this.

I see this place hasn't changed a bit
It’s so funny. I poke in now and then during this time and it’s the same people making the same repeated snarky comments they have been making about every move for 20 years. Lmao never change guys.

If the eagles or commanders did this move they’d get butt naked and say their FO is better than ours (which it is but you get what I’m saying)

Watch the video and let me know when Demone Clark made any of those plays.

Yes, it’s a highlight video, but it also shows you what he can do.

Well, he may not be good but he's better than anyone we have right now at LB. So, it's a start. The team is still nibbling around the edges of free agency. We have lost more talent than we have gained.

Really? What’s the plan? Sign backups on 1 yr deals and trade for former 1st rounders that were busts with low round picks? Just trying to figure it out
