I'm sure over the cap will update their numbers when he does, but for now the numbers are what they are.Herbert hasn’t gotten his second deal yet.
Watson is only #18 on the list.Considering that Deshaun Watson will likely never take another snap for the Browns and his only played 19 games since 2021 (Last year with Texans) his per game earnings is about $14 million dollars for each of the 19 games he has played in from 2021 to 2024.
How are you gauging this based on years played? Have you seen the production Watson has had since signing the richest deal of all time? It’s insane. And I liked Watson but I and many were wrong. He’s just not the same guy.
I'm not doing anything fancy. That link (which I posted later and should have put in the OP) is simply top lifetime earners, and if you look at it Dak is very quickly going to be the top guy with no post season success. How are you gauging this based on years played? I guess what I’m saying is to me 300 million or Dak looks better then 250 million or a guy who isn’t playing a down. Watson is by far the worst contract to exist. They basically paid 250 million for a guy accused of sexual assault by 30 women….I'm not doing anything fancy.
