Exactly. But there's nothing wrong with a guy who can flex.. say if he's the back up to a TE and FB.. That's why we're seeing these kinds of players.

Flex truly is a big deal. McCarthy wants to take more kinds of players for situations, like pass rotational guys, etc. You can do that if you have someone who can backup FB and TE.
