Cowboys' undrafted free agents playing with a chip on their shoulder

Beating bottom dwellers means nothing. Where were these guys against the good teams?
You bottom dwellers are the butt bumpers in fans. Woo hoo...the sport is the reward, not always spoiled and full of insult.

Finding these UDFA players is McClay and scouts nothing to do with Jerry . Jerry wouldn’t know Brock Hoffman from Dustin . And the only Bass he knows is on the menu .
Team starts at the top and responsibility rests there. Jerry has remained in team development and outside resources for continual review and suggestions.

That is how Jerry learned to participate and expand his views. He works at it, not glory rewards.

Look, the cowboys are not going anywhere.
Might as well see the rookies, the UDFAs and our second stringers. Maybe we shall find a diamond in the fluff.
Time on carpet says it all as to developing players.

Uh, I suppose they are all professional teams towards the end of their respective seasons. That then means nothing to you now, huh?

Did you cast a budget vote also? Think that as well reach Jerry as a FO? This isn't a German Christmas tradition with a plow through...

How about the team play?

Want a wager on tomorrow night if the crying means anything really?

Do you or do you not support playing time of prior non-stars? Butt, butt, butt, and butt...:hammer:
Just pointing out the teams.

No reason to be upset about it.

Are you saying signing Brock Hoffman Bass Turpin among other UDFA was Jerry’s brainstorm ?

No, it was a non supportive addition, then throwing humor of continued non topic insult doesn't rewrite your own intent. Sorry Charlie. A large and contributing group of players....butt. butt, butt Jerry.

Who wins tonight and what DO YOU think about the very large list provided? Still no comment on their talents.

You are untrained as to development of a football team....you can keep your group, butt, butt, butt, and have no clue about being so fundamental as being right.

The Cowboys do have the ultimate equalizer in Micah Parsons and what he's been able to generate from a pass rush perspective for himself and his teammates, but this Buccaneers offensive line is one of the best that Dallas will face all season too. Add into the fact that Dallas is 2-4 against teams currently in the playoff picture (the Buccaneers are the 3 seed in the NFC heading into Sunday night)

Those Cowboy no-names will fight straight up...

FRISCO, Texas – There are not a lot of positive developments that come out of having 14 players on injured reserve in a season. The Cowboys have found one good thing though, and that's seeing their undrafted free agents step up into contributing roles.

In the last few weeks, there have been instances where as many as seven UDFAs have shared the field at the same time for Dallas. Cooper Rush, Rico Dowdle, KaVontae Turpin and Brock Hoffman are just a few of the glistening examples of the Cowboys finding gems that can play and contribute to winning.

Last week, the Cowboys had 14 players take the field in Carolina who were not drafted, including other starters such as Terence Steele and T.J. Bass, along with special teams contributors Brandon Aubrey, C.J. Goodwin and Trent Sieg.

"I think it reflects to the fact that we've been kicking *** in the eighth round…" Head coach Mike McCarthy said with a laugh. "I'm just proud of those guys, I think they're all examples of it's not where you start, you just keep working and when your opportunity comes, I think they've clearly taken advantage of it, I think that's awesome."
Yes, plus remind folks that are just constantly thinking about the draft and how high we need to be picking where we got players like bland and OSA... How about the free agents that they didn't like Carl Lawson and Kendricks playing big roles....How about before they were Hurt ,Butler, AO the corner not a bad find. Brooks a couple crucial catches this year.

I know a lot of is said about our GM they don't like Jerry but there's some really good players they're finding all over it doesn't matter how much you spend in free agency if you can find these gems all over the draft or outside of the draft it's part of building a team they're all part of it sure we want our team to do a little more we want to be more aggressive but this just shows there's a whole lot of talent on this team that are found everywhere not just in free agency we're in high in the draft we don't need to worry about tanking we can find guys to play at an NFL level...

well you better hope Micah Parsons can play and play at a high level or we have no chance but apparently he has the flu I mean he has another 30 hours to get over it but that doesn't bode well we definitely need him if they have any shot at all... You can only play so much of your backups you have to have some of the stars sprinkled in

That was the view up until recently. There are still a lot of valid stars on both sides of the ball.

I'm sorry I'm not having this debate with you,

you already said it ,

we all know it when Parsons came back he changed his defense, then we lost overshown,

we are not gonna be competitive without Parsons on the field we got nobody left he has to be on the field and ready to play 60 snaps or we're going to not be even in this game you can book it now. You can't have it both ways you can't call him a difference maker and a guy that launched this defense into playing better and then if he's not healthy or he's not here you can't expect us to play well at all we're we're short we don't have anybody else left they are the better team they are the playoff team they are leading their division we can't be without Parsons that's my opinion so there you go.... I believe with another day and a half to go maybe he'll feel better the doctors can do wonders give him A B12 shot make sure he's on a lot of vitamin C...
