Maybe add some metallic blue glow paint to the star on the helmets? Then add some huge black bulbs throughout the stadium or underneath the jumbotron? This would help make "the Star" on the helmets truly pop out. I think that would look awesome!

Home uniform in limited games - on MNF, TNF, and the late December Saturday - if they are scheduled (like this upcoming XMas Eve game hosting the Eagles).

Serious question- why do fans buy jerseys? I’m not knocking it. I’ve never bought one. Not saying you should or shouldn’t. Just wondering what the appeal is. Any help explaining it?

I know.... it really don't matter when you are getting your arse beat as to what you are wearing at the time. The helmets do look sharper though, better than the ones with a simple blue star depicting the original early 60's helmets.

I guess the NFL becoming a fashion show goes with the times. For throwbacks, they should play games in the mud so the uniforms are barely recognizable after a quarter.
