Jerry and JG deserve credit for building this culture. It was Garrett's vision and one of the reasons Jerry gave him the job. They've had good offseason program attendance for some years now, even if it wasn't perfect attendance until this year. Dak's quick development was a surprise to everybody, but his fit in the culture was known or he wouldn't have been on the draft board. Jerry couldn't help himself with the Hardy signing - which had an adverse impact on the culture and was almost as big a reason for Dallas going 4-12 as Romo's injury was. But I think (hope) he finally learned his lesson.

Any leader of a successful organization will tell you that building the right culture is the most important step.
