Just to add, Ben Rogers was in the locker room talking to players after the game and Dez told him that romo was more fired up Than he was on that final drive, said it fired him up. He also said wr group let the team down today and that romo knew exactly what the Vikings defense was going to do....said he was telling them what they were going to do.

Bu...bu...but...there's a thread on the top of the first page asking where the leadership is!

Personally, I think the important thing to note is his point that Romo reads from inside out. Not that the play call was for Witten. Kinda gives an idea of how Romo reads the field.

Probably because the outside receivers run longer routes and their routes take more time to develop. So if they are the primary read, you are going to dismiss them right away because they are just beginning their route. Whereas, if you look inside first, you may have something on a shorter route, and if not, can go to the outside guys, who now have been given more time to run their route and potentially be open.

Or you can complain about nonsense.

Either way is fine with me.

Nonsense has up barely winning with 6 TOs, losing with a plus 4 TO adv and nearly besting a 1-6 team because most teams have caught on to Witten being romo blankie! Witten (inside first) is Pippen, getting the ball downfield (letting play develop off play-action) to Dez is MJ. WE HAVE A FLAWED PHILOSOPHY!!!

Thank you Harris for saying what I've been saying for a long time now! The problem with this offense is they read inside out! When your team is built around a slow footed TE of course your burners are not going to look like they are open. That is why we have so many improv plays. God I hate JG

Progressions are usually meant to be read from one direction to another. But when you are reading inside out there is no flow to the progression. IMO this is a huge issue with the offense.

I was complaining that our overall gameplan has Witten as the primary target because we read inside out mostly! This has been the gameplan since romo has taken over as the starter. My signature says it all boss!!

Good for Dez. Stick up for your QB, and encourage your teammates along the sidelines. Dropped a few he should have caught but came through on the winning drive with a good catch/run/protect the ball/yardage....
