It is evident in blowouts when he doesn't sub out but also in general philosophy (only way to get Esco on the field is for him to sub out) Same attribute was associated with Ware playing too many snaps in that his pride/competitiveness made him wave off subs. Not saying he is changing sub or multi TE packages, etc.

Both drives tonight stalled on 3rd down miscues when the plays were there to be made. The blown pickup by Murray with Witten wide open, and the overthrow by Romo.
