Prescott isn’t the answer.

It’s real.

This team doesn’t have it when it counts.

Accept it.
They never will accept that. As long as we beat bad defenses up and lose to good Defensive teams, they will accept that per the way Jerry does. comical kneedackers.

I could tell by the first drive how the game was going to go so I didn't respond much tonight.

And how many quarterbacks will Dallas have to go through before people realize it's not the quarterback that is holding this team back from winning Super Bowls.

Since Aikman we've had 21 different quarterbacks start games for Dallas. Some were stopgaps, like Stoerner, Hutchinson, etc. Some had a very good pedigrees, like Bledsoe, who brought a team to a Super Bowl.

Every year it's "we need a better quarterback". Meanwhile we've seen a 6th round draft pick win 7 rings. We're seeing "Mr. Irrelevant" be in the running for league MVP. We've seen Brad Johnson, a ninth-round pick, win a Super Bowl.

If teams can win with drafting a low ranked and largely unheralded quarterback, then it's clearly evident teams can win with less than stellar quarterbacks.

There are ways to do it, but our gm can't do it, and won't let anybody else try.

We could clone Staubach and Aikman and combine them into one quarterback, and it still wouldn't be enough to win with Jerry at the helm. As long as Jerry Jones and probably even his family run the Cowboys, very doubtful we'll ever see another trophy in the case....

I knew it was going to be a long day for the defense when the Bills' 190LB RB James Cook pushed our whole defense back for 11 yards before being stopped.

That was embarrassing. It was on their first drive of the game so they can't even use the "we were tired from being on the field so long" excuse.

Defense is fundamentally flawed.DQ is not the person to fix it,i will hope he goes out and we fix it with better personnel.

I think you’re taking the narrow view. He sent a 2024 fourth round pick for Trey Lance. He’s a phenom. “Yeah, I said it.”

This team got murdered by stupid penalties and the inability to stop the run. It's insanely frustrating when you're down by four touchdowns, but you can't get the ball back because the other team is running the ball down your throat. At least one of the penalties was bogus, and the refs missed a fumble that would have gotten the ball back, but that can't be used as an excuse. The Cowboys were never in this game. We needed to put in Roger Staubach or Tony Romo because this offense just isn't built to come back from behind.

We got throat punched and skull ***** today. Cook averaging over 7 yds per carry. The D line should have to market feminine hygiene products for the next week. Miami will drag us too.
Agreed, along with the OL as well. I'm not going to venture anything about the Miami game, it'll speak for itself in due time. But today the Dallas Cowboys stunk. Period. The whole team! Offense, defense, and ST's. They were horrible. We looked like a row boat facing a tidal wave of strength and talent. The funny part was the Bills are a good team but they're not THAT good!! We just laid down and played dead against a fairly good team. It was embarrassing and sickening.

Dak haters coming out like cockroaches lmao
Yup. Nevermind the fact that the entire team played horrendous. The only player who did his part well was Aubrey. We couldn't even let a punt go by without a killer penalty, thanks to Sam Williams running into the kicker. Yeah some have been waiting for an opportunity to dump the whole thing on one persons head as usual, but this whole team totally blew it. No one person could possibly make up for that much stink. These guys either win as a team or they stink as a team.
Today they stunk as a team. It took teamwork to lose that bad!

That wasn't even the only time, they did the same thing a couple more times. After the runner was stopped they ganged up and kept pushing the pile forward for 5 or 10 yards. Looked like they were going to keep on going for a while and the Cowboys just let it happen.
