we've discussed this before.. but Dak has NEVER had to compete for his job. Absolutely part of the reason why he is so poor yet 'unreplaceable'.. Must be Jerry's love child or have pictures.. because from day 1 they haven't looked elsewhere despite his rather glaring deficiencies.
