Too lazy to go check, but, offhand, any of these guys piling on Weeden in the group of people who wanted him to start over a hypothetically-cleared-to-play Romo just a day or so ago?

Good go did Weeden just come out of college? Bortles Bridgewater and RGbum3 out played him and even Hoyer and Sanchez... Yeah where is the Weeden love now

People coming out of the woodworks today! LOL ... no where to be seen during 6 week win streak. Have a tough couple of weeks they show up.

No doubt, its gonna be a tough win to get regardless imo. Jacksonville seems to have started fast on a lot of teams and if they do that against us, this offense under Weedman doesn't appear to have the ability to score, much less come back from a big deficit early in the game

Agree they smoked the Eagles early in the opener before losing

The frustrating part is, we would've handily won this game with Romo. Arizona is not a great football team. They're pretty good, not great. Weeden goes for 100 yards, 0 TDs 2 INTs and this was a one possession game until late in the fourth. That shows you two things... Arizona is not that good and Tony Romo is our most valuable player.

Weeden literally cannot throw a pass even close to a offensive player down the field.

I think its pretty obvious around here that you can't take back issues for granted. Just about everyone knows the severity of a back injury and what it means to Romo.

But MANY posters called those who expressed those concerns "chicken littles" or "Romo haters." When we said Romo may not make it through the season or miss time, we were summarily dismissed as being "doom and gloomers." It's not that we were wishing bad on Romo. But you can't play with back injuries. And the fact Romo missed this game bears that out.

P.S. Weeden is woefully inaccurate. Good grief.
