I think its clearly Wade thats the issue. He just cannot get this team motivated or ready to play.

I think even mild mannered Tony Dungy would be going ballistic on some of these guys after what we've seen today.

I agree. This has to be on the coaching. We never looked prepared to play or disciplined. Can you imagine a Patriots team playing like this?

Yeah, we lost our playoff game.

We keep playing like that this year, we'll lose our playoff game (if we even get in).
Whiff.

We all know you'd much rather ***** and moan than celebrate a win.

This is what I think, unfortunately.

Our team has taken on the persona of our Head Coach, IMO.

Problem is that BP's style didn't work either . . . .

You people know me ..... I am not an alarmist.

I am one of the biggest "homers" on this board.

I have defended everyone on this team for the last 2 years.

I like Wade ..... I like everyone on this team.

Not a player or coach I do not like.

BUT

Jerry needs to make a change.

Where? I do not really know.

But this team needs a good shaking.

This is pathetic ..... something is wrong with these guys .... I am sorry.
He could start by demanding that Felix gets more touches.

Good/GREAT teams come out after half time and crush these teams.

Lets see.

Romo needs to go back to being Romo. Forget this pocket/passer/Brady nonsense.

He is staying in the pocket and defenses ALWAYS know where he is.

He needs to run when its there.

Red is just out of his depth as a playcaller

we need to go to things that work, and stay away from things that don't

work:

3-wide, Crayton or TO in the slot
Felix Jones

doesn't work:

sweeps to Barber
come-backs, curl routes
playaction early in the game after 3 runs, that equaled 2 TOs, one not called

Red is very inflexible as a playcaller, and only goes to things that work out of desperation it seems

I think we should pdo a package deal and send (Carpenter and Roy Williams) to the Lions for WR.Roy Williams

Romo is not a pocket QB he's much better when he moves around buying his receivers extra seconds to get open. Romo imitating Brady might be worst mistake he has ever done! Thats why he is struggling IMO trying to be something he's not...
Whoever tried to make him into a pocket passer should be fired.

Romo is only as good as his OL......when he gets time....the ball goes downfield...

Our OL isnt giving him the time Romo is used too...but Romo doesnt looke the same.....no where is TO involved....and Romo is missing some easy throws....

But Romo needs to protect that ball and have better pocket pressence.......looks like Bledsoe out there :)

This offense is out of sync.....

btw...I think Procter stinks :)

Have we maybe overrated Romo? could it be that he needs a great surrounding cast to succeed?

FWIW We did have a few bad halves like this last year.

Chicago
Minnesota
Buffalo
Washington (1st time)
Detroit

Anyone wanna guess the common denominator on that one?

All were nothing as we got bounced in the playoffs?

Wade just doesn't instill any urgency in the team....let's see if that changes during this half.

I'm frustrated with Romo but i'm not going to give up on him, but I get nervous whenever Romo gets sacked, him getting sacked almost means it's an automatic fumble.

I don't think anyone is ready to give up on Romo.

He's our QB....a good one....

But I have to admit....there are times when I can just feel a TO from him.

That pretty much is all that needs to be said...what a disgrace

Its only week six folks, and you can almost take it to the bank. This team has no shot at winning a championship.

The defense finally sorta shows up, and the offense, special teams and coaching totally go south. Why the hell with two TO's left would you not use one on that last possession after Owens caught the pass?

The Cards gave up 56 pts and 6 TD passes two weeks ago.

Just pathetic.

Player of the half is clearly Patrick Crayton.

Pretty much agree all around. Romo has had time on a few though and he's holding it too long.

But the cards are also getting good pressure at times. We should run a couple more screens in the second half.

Just start in a true hurry up, and let Romo run the 2 minute offense the rest of the game.
