I think in the preseason they use more home team guys. May be mistaken though.

One of them is Dan Fouts of course he is, I think its local guy coverage not NFL network guys

These are Charger announcers. They show the local broadcasts. Of course, the Dallas announcers are usually a little more fair with the calls.
