I thought it was ticky tac. To me the WR was initiating contact at the top fo the route and Moore didn't do anything bad. I thought no call would have been more appropriate.

I really like how Moore plays. I love the hitting the wr's shoulder at the line..that is how I was tought to throw a wr's route and timing off.

That's very close.

I think because they ruled it fumble on the field, it may be inconclusive evidence and will stand. If they had called it an incomplete pass, the same thing would occur.

That's going to be my guess. Inconclusive evidence.
