Above everything else, the sloppiness on offense, the missed tackles on defense, Romo getting hurt (looks like he will be ok in a couple of weeks), I am just so disgusted and in disbelief with the offensive play calling. I really did think we were a running team. I guess not. That overtime series showed me we are still stupid. We still have a ways to go before we reach that elusive level of football intelligence called common sense. Stay with what the hell got you here, especially if your QB is gimpy and you can't adjust to the blitz. MORONS!

Careful - step away and think about it. He's done it before. Take a break.

Thanks, Don. You are right. I am really mad, because a really thought we were gonna win tonight. My emotions are just boiling right now! I really thought Tony was gonna pull it out for us. I even argued with my house folks that Tony has done miraculous things with the most horrible injuries, and I really thought he was gonna do it again tonight. He thought he was, too, which is why he demanded to go back out. You are wiser, and the voice of reason to me, and thank you for being nice. I respect you very much.:D

Rolando MCLain was terrible tonight too. Missed tackles, slow , etc... I love this guy but he just didn't show up tonight.

For the most part, the whole team was terrible. That's why I'm not too terribly upset. Sometimes, teams just have a down night. And then we're playing a division rival.
We need to get back to running the football and pray DeMarco Murray lasts the year. When he's running, Romo is a better quarterback, the defense looks like a top unit and the coaches look like they're the reincarnation of Jimmy Johnson and Norv Turner.

Unbelievable - honestly, I gotta keep saying to myself - their just fans...

Why the guy looks like he might be having effects from his surgery and the hit certainly didn't help. He can't drive the ball, did you not see a difference in velocity when Weeden came in the game?

Spencer is so slow now, not the same player clearly. Jerry better be frothing with a DeMarcus Lawrence return or this defense will do us in going forward.

We made Colt look like Manning, what a joke!

I put way more blame on the offense and the offensive coaching staff. We know what this defense is they aren't going to dominate but they hold their own for much of the night. They got sacks, got a turnover, missed some tackles but man the offense and the offensive coaching staff should take the majority of the blame tonight.

Yep the game wouldn't have even gone to OT.

Weeden kept the Skins defense honest and most importantly it kept our OC honest. We ran when we needed to run and played smart football

Guys we've seen this before from Romo he gets rattled by the blitz and turns to mush. He was about to go down on the final play when no one was even around him.

Weeden was the right call for this one. He may never have won another game in his career but tonight it would have worked no doubt about it

yes..i agree
another thing that needs to be brought up.

the first throw in the endzone was broken up beautifully by the Commander defender.

the second throw was dropped by dez because he is not used to that kind of velocity.

This game didn't feel right from the start. We were sloppy, dropped passes, couldn't tackle, and apparently got amnesia and forgot about the run game. Plus, we looked like we had never seen a blitz, ever. The first half of the season is now over and we are sitting at 6 and 2. That's still way better than I expected, and I hope we can shake off this ugly loss and play some ball against the cardinals. I still think we're a good team. Not great, but good.

That's all for tonight. I'm disgusted by the loss and tired of saying it.

You don't know that.

Experience, recognition of defenses, and chemistry with receivers would all be in favor of Romo. I'm surprised that our vaunted OL couldn't pass block better, touted WR's couldn't get open against rookies, and our other array of weapons like Beasley and Escobar didn't even get a look. On top of that, our athletic LB's were supposed to be able to defend the short pass zone.
The whole team looked out of sync and did not execute or play to their strength, including the coaches.

I have to say chances are Weeden would have won it… He got into the rhythm…they did not prepare for him AT ALL .. not saying he would definitely won it…but we would have a better chance….. I don't care who you are…when your back hurts you are not 100% focused….go back and watch the fumble at the 3-yard line Romo didn't even see him coming…also look at the snap clock..he had no clue what was going…..Not that he was bad but pain take a percentage of your focus..simple as that

What drive me nuts it doesnt seem like we know when to do what. We run when we should pass and we pass when we should run. Washington stacked the box and dared Romo to beat them all night and we did nothing. Finally in the end they backed off and dared Murray and we start passing!

No sunshine. It sucks. But it's not the end of the season. If anything, it's a wake up call; they know they can't lose the turnover battle every game and escape unscathed.

You are absolutely right .We are "surprisingly" at 6-2. Stupid coaching decisions piss me off the most. Including putting Romo back in and not running when needed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cowboys have weapon in Murray and do not stick with it enough, then go pass happy playing right into Haslett's defensive plan, stop Romo via the blitz.

Poor protections, zero adjustments and abandoning the run in critical game situations is what made this team such before and will again if they do not get off being stuck on stupid!

Run the freakin ball morons!

If someone had told you the team would be 6-2 at this point before the season, you'd have called them an idiot. It's a loss, and it sucks, but don't over react.

We departed from what got us to 6-1, the defense was made to look like 2013 against a bottom5 team, that's not an overreaction IMO. You can see this as just a tough loss or an inflection point, to me it seems like the latter. Hope I'm wrong.
