did get a chance to watch, how did first team look?

Defense a little better.
The offense was out of rhythm mostly. Romo was sacked a bunch of times and they had a couple of drive killing penalties.
Nothing disastrous, just could have been better for sure.

What kind of team will Coastal have this year?

You know what, it's really tough to say. I think with Joe Moglia as head coach we're going to get better and better every year and play at a higher level than we have in the past. Last year was a big stepping stone making the playoffs. The only thing that sucks for Coastal is Matt Hazel and Lorenzo Taliaferro graduated and are in the NFL now. I think the team's definitely heading in the right direction.

I wouldn't be upset at all. But every offensive player you keep is one less defensive player. Of course I believe you keep NFL talent no matter the position...up to a point.
