Based on what? Certainly not on tape.

When he played the off tackle, his first step and ability to leverage had him consistently in the backfield. He had a ton of pressures last season. Not sure what film you watched, cause it wasnt the All-22. This season they have him playing out of position and he's been erased.

The fact we are talking about changing 5 WRs tells me the problem is higher up the food chain.

1.) Jerry
2.) Stephen
3.) Garrett
4.) Garrett's cronies
5.) Don't have an NFL QB
6.) Receivers suck
7.) Witten won't retire and its up to him when to retire
8.) OL has seriously regressed. Tyron a huge injury question mark.
9.) Bailey is suddenly shaky.
10.) Defense melts without Lee, Lee injury prone
11.) Interior DL marginal talent.
12.) Paucity of quality LBs other than then one is often injured
13.) Safeties are questionable.
