A defensive battle for the NFC East or just total suckitude by two 7-7 teams on display?

Eye of the beholder

I know this is a subtle detail, but they shouldn't have put the FG unit out there with 6 seconds left. They should have done a 3 second throwaway pass to take the remaining time off the clock. There are no timeouts so they can't take one if there's a bad snap.

I just feel like Garrett, over his tenure, has had a great many moments where he neglects these kinds of details that other good coaches don't.

Your absolutely wrong. Bad snap. Sack. Intentional grounding. Interception. Holding. Fumble. You don't take that chance there. You kick the FG.

You knew you wouldn't see Pollard or Jarwin today. Garrett needs to be comfortable.
how do you work them out into 3 and outs over and over..? seriously you need more possessions and longer drives to get your sub packages in..

Yes they have but the receivers are dropping passes that hit them in both their hands or between the numbers. When youI have both bad passes and bad drops it's a terrible thing. If QB is off there receivers need to help him, if receivers are struggling than the QB needs to help them with better passes

Maybe the WR don't expect it to be right on point so they drop it ..they anticipate a 1 yard ahead or a 1 yard behind ... LOL

they were playing to score on that last drive. The terrible throw to cooper making him stop and go low to catch the ball instead of catching the ball and going out of bounds forced them to use their second timeout....That changed things.

The next throw was behind gallup but he caught it and could not make the sideline causing them to use the third timeout.

here is an idea, maybe lead a wr and not throw behind them or over their damn head every throw.
You have a good point but they had time on the last throw to go towards the endzone but instead just picked up 5 yards. That's playing for FG, should have went to the endzone and if nothing is there throw it out the back of the endzone
