Yeah for sure...but look at that series to score the fg before the end of the half. 3 straight huge plays.

Hopefully these young guys are learning from him.

What's also great is that his game is not dependent on athleticism at all.

He can do this for another 3 years.

He has definitely mastered his athletic limitations with clever "veteran" moves, even early in his career. Hard not to respect him. I call him "meathead" in mocking/endearing way though.

Some things I am noticing. No more hiking with one second on the clock, getting the defense to jump offsides multiple times a game, keeping the defense guessing at when the ball will be hiked, getting the ball out way faster, etc. We can win this game.

We are due for a forced TO giving the offense a short field. I can't imagine getting the W without a TO.

I think that was a designed play. I was screaming they're coming and he made a correct decision to throw it up to Dez. The DB just made a good play on a not so specially thrown ball.

Yeah, looks like they were just taking the chance on 3rd and 8 to get a TD, instead of try to get a difficult first down. Field goal was essentially a guarantee.

Gotta say given the talent discrepancy, it's been a pretty good coaching effort so far. Except for the timeout with 23 seconds in 1st half and leaving Heath on the roster.
