I don't think we should have gone for it on 4th and 1, but if you're going to go for it, the pass was the right call just not to the flat. The Cowboys showed no ability to run it up the middle so the Eagles weren't really worried about the middle of the defense. The Cowboys tendencies were to run wide, which is why the Eagles defender was there to break up the pass.

We were just too predictable. We should have done a play-action pass. Still, I think it was an awful decision to go for it there.

I know our team is bad but the Eagles are not much better!

I would take our O with Chips play calling any day...think he would do even better here but would add a burner or 2 in the draft.

I'm talking about key moments. The last series we stopped them, it was three dumb pass plays after riding McCoy all the way up to the red zone. The fumble by Foles was I believe when they attempted two straight passes deep in their own territory. We've been lucky cause of Some bad play calling.

That's probably ballgame. I'm proud of these guys tonight. This defense fought. There wasn't enough offense. That's the difference between Romo and Kyle Orton. I hope all those Cowboys fans who don't like Romo, learned to appreciate #9 tonite.

I disagree. I think Orton played well tonight and gave us a good shot at winning. We were out coached and the 2 turnovers killed us.

It was. Unfortunately, when you have a poor offensive play caller, there is only so much a bad defense can do. It's been like this more times than less. Garrett's offense has failed to produce when the D has stepped up.

If you have a bad offensive play caller, why would you entrust the game to him on 4 and 1? At least the defense was doing well when we had the Eagles penned in their own territory. We just gave them the game. You have to know when to go for it and when not. With 11 minutes left in the game and down by 1, you punt it.

You have to score more than 20 points to win in the NFL. You don't win by throwing 2 yard out routes to a slow TE.

Bruce Carter is absolutely useless. He takes half a step into a blocker and stands there. When he isn't blocked, he just watches the ball carrier. What a clown.

If Carter had the heart and hustle of Selvie, he'd be a pro bowler. Selvie is always hustling.
