This team has the talent, but this year, too many injuries to overcome considering our coaching staff.

And JJ saying the coaching staff is in place no matter how we play this game or how we end our season tells me that he's settling for Mediocricy if you don't try to change history your doomed to repeat it, and in our case it ain't so good.

From what I see, nothing is going to change next year or in the near future considering JJ's attitude.

It's a shame, The talent is definitely there.
