Game Day ***Cowboys vs Eagles post game thread***

Lowest scoring output at home by Dallas, by far this year.
Previous worst was 27 points
Otherwise over 30 every game

But Romo is not important and Orton is not only better, but its not even close..................I have read that all week on this board..............so I am confused as to why we couldnt score tonight?

You know I still want JG gone but it beats 3 straight 5-11 seasons.

It kind of does but those years were not as frustrating as this past 3 years,
Give Garrett a QB like Quncy a RB Like Troy Hambrick and a WR like Antonio Bryant and he could guarantee three seasons of 4-12.

He wouldn't get 4 wins, maybe two...three by accident.

Does it really? That's the type of thinking that has turned the a Dallas Cowboys into the Atlanta Falcons of the 1980's. Or the current Arizona Cardinals. In other words, irrelevant. The point is to make the playoffs and compete for a Super Bowl. To me, all 8-8 does is get us a worse draft pick than 5-11 does.

What? We just had the same result. Game sealing INT. But we paid Orton much less.

More ints on average and less points for this game than any home game this year.
Orton was not terrible though.
Run it a little more and this one was quite possibly a win

On a positive note, I didn't hear Carr's name all game long. I guess that is good yet didn't see much action his way. Not even sure he played tonight
