Offense needs to watch game film on how the Chargers and Chiefs offense works. We tried to do that ball control, run-heavy approach today and it failed miserably. You still need to design short/manageable passing plays to keep the defense honest and move the chains.

They don't do that. Or romo holds it too long looking at second or third reads

Yes indeed, I'd love to have Chip Kelly on our sideline. There are very few head coaches in the NFL I wouldn't rather see on our sideline than Garrett though.
