However, I’m not going to attack the coaches this time but I’m calling out the front office.

The FO should stop with drafting players who have a history of being injured. That hurts the team.

Also, the FO should have back up plans for key positions (such as LT).

No point in making the playoffs from what I've seen.

Romo had a number of traits that allowed him to mitigate and work around some bad offensive line play. However IMO it shortened his career.
