I mean, with this sport being as similar as it is to rugby, they really should have a sin bin for some offences and a card system for the refs. In rugby, if you get a yellow card, you're sent to the sin bin for I think 5 minutes or so. If you get a second yellow (like Euro football/soccer), then it's a red card, and you're sent off. Some penalties like targeting in college shouldn't immediately be a send off, and same with some of the tussling. Show a yellow card, and be done with it. If it happens again, then send them off.
