Bruce Carter is just not going to cut it. He may have great straight line speed, but his reaction time is horrendous. He had sevral terrible plays where he just failed to recognize or react quickly. Not to mention poor tackling.

Scandrick's almost interception was Carter's worst play. He was waaay to slow to recognize Eli rolling right and then didn't get over in time to make a play on the ball Scandrick almost had.

If he can't recognize and react quickly, his speed means nothing.
